🎬 Step 1 — Creating Your First Video ▼

1. Select your video type at the top — Cinematic AI is fully live
2. Choose your brand from the sidebar dropdown
3. Select a voiceover voice and click Preview to hear it
4. Type your video description in the text box
5. Select duration — 30 seconds recommended for social media
6. Click Generate Script — Claude AI writes your voiceover
7. Review and edit the script — check word count is green
8. Click Approve Script to generate scene images
9. Review all 6 scene images — replace any you do not like
10. Click Approve All — video renders automatically
11. Wait 3-5 minutes — download your complete video

✏️ Step 2 — Adding Text to Your Scenes ▼

After scene images are generated each scene card shows three buttons.

Click ✏️ Add Text to open the text editor for that scene:
• Type your text — e.g. Your Brand · yoursite.com
• Use the size slider to make it larger or smaller
• Pick your color with the color picker
• Choose position — Top, Middle, or Bottom
• Toggle Bold, Shadow, and Background for readability
• See the live preview update instantly
• Click Apply Text to Image to bake the text in permanently

🏷️ Step 3 — Setting Up Brand Logos ▼

Go to Settings → Brand Logos in the sidebar.

• Click Upload Logo next to any brand
• Select a PNG file — transparent background works best
• The logo is saved and linked to that brand
• When you create a video for that brand the logo appears automatically in the top-left corner of every scene
• Logo size is 15% of the image width — visible but not distracting
• You can change or remove logos at any time

📁 Step 4 — Uploading Your Own Photos ▼

On any scene card click 📁 Upload to replace the AI image with your own photo.

• Best formats: JPG or PNG, minimum 1280×720 pixels
• Your photo is used as the base frame for that video clip
• If you have a brand logo set up it will be automatically added to your photo
• You can still add text overlay after uploading your photo
• Using real photos makes your videos look more authentic and professional

💳 Step 5 — Understanding Credits ▼

EnerStudio uses Runway ML credits for video generation.

Credit costs per video:
• Scene image (gen4_image): ~8 credits each
• Video clip (gen4_turbo): 25 credits per 5-second clip
• Total per clip: ~33 credits

Video durations:
• 20 seconds = 4 clips = ~132 credits = $1.32
• 30 seconds = 6 clips = ~198 credits = $1.98
• 60 seconds = 12 clips = ~396 credits = $3.96

🎙️ Step 6 — Choosing the Right Voice ▼

The voice selector loads all your ElevenLabs voices automatically.

• Click ▶ Preview to hear any voice before using it
• Named voices (like Alice, Roger) tend to be higher quality
• Match the voice to your brand tone — professional, casual, energetic
• Tip: Alice (Clear Engaging Educator) is a great all-purpose voice
• The voiceover is added automatically to your final video
• ElevenLabs has 2000+ voices in multiple languages

Why is my video only showing the first 5 seconds?+

Each clip is 5 seconds. A 30-second video has 6 clips stitched together. If you see only 5 seconds it means only 1 clip was generated. Make sure you select the correct duration before generating and wait for all clips to show green checkmarks before the stitching begins.

Why does the voiceover get cut off before finishing?+

The voiceover is trimmed to exactly match the video duration. If your script is too long the voice will be cut. Always check the word count — for 30 seconds you need maximum 69 words. The word count display turns red if your script is too long and blocks you from approving until you shorten it.

How long does video generation take?+

A 30-second video (6 clips) takes approximately 5-8 minutes total. Each clip takes 30-90 seconds to render on Runway servers. Image generation adds 30 seconds per scene. Stitching and voiceover add another 60 seconds. Do not close the browser while generating.

Why do some scene images show unrelated content like wind turbines?+

AI image generation is not always perfect. The platform uses specific solar-related prompts but AI can sometimes generate unexpected results. That is why the image review step exists — click Replace on any image you do not like and describe a better scene, or upload your own photo for complete control.

Can I use EnerStudio for any industry — not just solar?+

Yes — EnerStudio is a global AI video production platform open to any industry. You can create videos for real estate, healthcare, education, technology, hospitality, retail, or any other sector. Simply describe your video in your own words and the platform handles the rest. The membership version will be open to businesses worldwide.

Where are my generated videos saved?+

Videos are automatically saved to your Video Library on the left sidebar. They are stored in your browser's local storage so they persist between sessions on the same device. Always download your videos immediately after generation as the Runway video URLs expire after a short time.

The platform says Failed to fetch — what does that mean?+

The platform keeps its servers warm automatically, so generation should start right away. Very occasionally, after a long idle period, the first request may take a few extra seconds to spin up — if a generation seems slow to start, just give it a moment and it will proceed normally.
